Genevieve LeMarchal

Genevieve LeMarchal is a serial entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience building and growing start-ups and early stage companies in various roles. She is a Partner at Aventurine, a partner at FoundersPad ventures, and a founding board member of XXcelerate Fund.

Genevieve focuses on deal flow and advising/mentoring founders, inventors and entrepreneurs with a key focus on go-to-market, early sales and demand generation strategy, fundability and general management. She also teaches and facilitates training programs in entrepreneurship, sales and demand generation and early stage investing.

Genevieve has an MBA from University of Washington (2012), and is a proud WSU Coug. in Communications from WSU’s Edward R. Murrow School of Communication. She continues to serve on the board of XXCelerate Fund and is a board member for the Girl Scouts helping contribute to STEM education initiatives for K-12 girls.

She is a Portland “area” native and enjoys traveling, cooking, wine, and Bernese Mountain Dogs
