Charla Triplett

As President of Catalyze, Charla Triplett works with a team to support both start-ups and corporate innovation groups. With a strong science and healthcare background, Charla leverages her experience in leading business development to help entrepreneurs build value propositions that are customer-focused and clearly differentiate their solutions in crowded markets. Prior to her current role, she focused over 15 years of her career on connecting industry and academia in the area of Biomedical Engineering. She continues to help students with their job searches, and volunteers for student project judging and team support at Young Entrepreneur’s Business Week.
