Harsh Jain

Dr. Harsh Jain received his Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from State University of New York at Buffalo in 2010, and after that, he started working as a postdoc for Dr. Serge Beaucage at US FDA, and in 2014 Dr. Jain became a full-time employee of Department of Therapeutic proteins at Office of Biotechnology Products. While working as a science-based CMC reviewer of biologic therapeutics, he reviewed several pre-IND and IND applications. During this time Dr. Jain was part of a malaria biomarker committee where he was involved in reviewing and evaluating validation of assays. Dr. Jain was also a reviewer for medical devices utilizing protein therapeutics. In March 2018 Dr. Jain moved to Portland, Oregon and joined Circumvent Pharmaceuticals where he is currently helping in developing their chemistry program and also, assisting them with the preparation of IND documents for regulatory submission.
